Meet Rêveroo. Reverie’s rebellious little sister who wants to play in the mud, get her hands dirty, and dive into everything.

Reveroo is a chance for you to have a weeklong hands-on experience, cooking and washing dishes and setting the table and getting to know your retreat group better than ever before. You’ll be in charge of cooking dinner some nights, but don’t worry - Chef Paul will be with you as your guide! Paul will also lead you in cheese and bread workshops throughout the week, and you’ll leave with an education you’ll never forget! This is a retreat for those who want to leave with an experience that fills them to the brim, like you’ve just left a vacation with your best friends (without the drama).

And when you’re not in a workshop with Sara, the Rêverie crew will accompany you on field trips to magical markets and the glowing city of Toulouse. A week-long dinner party filled with laughter, real human connection, and ridiculously good food - what could be better??

TOULOUSE with alana allred

SEPTEMBER 25 - OCTOBER 1, 2026

LET’S GET CRAFTY! Alana Allred, known on the WWW as @sleepingmakesmehungry, will be hosting a weeklong painting party - where the medium is buttercream and the final product is delicious cake, cookies, and more! Set in our favorite home in southwest France, the Château de Labusquière, we’ll spend a week perfecting frosting techniques, learning to “paint” with buttercream using palette knives to create drop-dead-gorgeous creations, and we’ll finish with a masterclass on gingerbread houses. Get ready to be the hostess with the mostest, wowing your guests forever with your new party tricks!

You’ll find endless inspiration on the grounds of your château home, from the fresh figs hanging down, ready for you to pick, to the unforgettable sunsets that paint the sky overlooking the rolling French countryside.

Provence with woodland wine merchant

OCTOBER 14-20, 2026

Will Motley and Jami Reid will join us for a second time in the fall of 2026 to explore a new wine region in France - the Southern Rhône region! We’ll stay at the glorious Château Martinay, where we’ll feast on incredible meals prepared by the Rêverie chefs and we’ll taste our way through the region, featuring some of Woodland Wine’s favorite winemakers!

Of course, we’ll get out to visit several wineries in the area where we’ll be hosted for guided tours and tastings. During this week with Woodland, you’ll really get to know the region - from how it tastes and smells to how the terrain affects the final product.

We can’t wait to tear up the dance floor with these guys again, and we hope to see you there!

This time we’ll welcome her to the Château Martinay in Provence, a coveted region in France for good reason. With it’s rolling hills, delicious wines, and gorgeous fresh produce, Provence leaves us filled to the brim!

With views for days and incredible meals coming from the Rêverie kitchen, this is the gluten-free vacation of your dreams! You’ll learn all about baking without alternative flours, mastering the art of pastry dough, and cooking up gorgeous morning bakes for a dreamy brunch spread.
