A week in the southern sun with food writer, journalist, and cookbook author Ella Quittner, joined by Erin Jeanne McDowell! Great fun! Big yums! We made brioche recipes for days in order to test the famous Tarte Tropézienne, hailing from the southern city of Saint Tropez. Ella led her guests in a deep exploration of all-things-aioli to highlight another regional favorite. What a joy it was! And yes, I took a lot of photos of the beautiful Kathleen. Enjoy!
