Ah, yes. A week in the French Riviera baking and giggling with the effervescent, ever-so-loved Erin Jeanne McDowell? Sounds like paradise to me!
We had an amazing second week in 2025 of French baking workshops in the South of France with Erin McDowell. We puffed, we brioched, we macaroned, and boy did we dance. What an airhorn frenzy it was!! Yes, you had to be there. But good news! She’ll be back, and you can come next time!
