Next, you’ll head to the enchanting medieval city of Rocamadour, set into the side of a cliff and a truly stunning site to see! You’ll have 1.5 hours to explore the city with it’s souvenir shops and cafés with a view, and then to make the journey to the top of the cliff to meet the vans for the return back to your château home.

The drive to Pech Merle takes about 2.5 hours, from Pech Merle to Rocamadour is 1 hour, and the return trip from Rocamadour is around 3 hours, so this day trip requires a significant amount of time in van transportation and does go down some winding roads! You will, however, see incredible glimpses of life in the French countryside.
At Rocamadour, you will walk from the bottom of the cliff to the top, which includes many stairs and then an inclined, paved path to the top.
